Everything was done in 15 minutes. The car was clean, but with an empty tank. You need to refuel at the nearest gas station. There was no need to wash the car upon return. I didn’t pay any extra money, everything was as indicated on the website, not a lira more. The lease is official. The police stopped me and checked the data in their database with the facts. They clarified whether I was really the one who rented the car. They checked and let me go. Thanks to the company's employees for the good service. I will recommend everyone to contact them.

Divorced on 100 dollars for full insurance. And still took a $300 cash deposit. Then the voice in the phone asked me to take the driver to the bus stop. The driver got behind the wheel and drove 9 km to the city center where it was convenient for him. There he left me in shorts, without a T-shirt and without a clue how to return to the hotel. I had to take a cab and follow the cab driver. On my return, the receiver immediately went under the car, that there was some damage. UNDER THE CAR!!!!!!! I've taken cars in over 40 countries. This is the first time this has happened. I hope it's the last time

We used a Renault Symbol car in May 2023 for 3 days. At the airport I met the manager, together with him we drove to the office, where we processed the documents and gave the car. The friendly manager told the basic rules, communicated in English and with the help of an online translator. Everything was clear. The car is clean, comfortable, everything is in order, manual transmission, no complaints. During the lease, there were no troubles, the police did not stop. We returned the car to the office early in the morning at no extra charge (we were warned in advance that we had an early flight), the same manager took us to the airport. I liked everything, thank you very much for the service!
