事实上，在租车过程中发生了两起令人紧张的情况。 1）当我们还在波兰机场时，租车公司在 WhatsApp 上给我们写信说，由于交通堵塞，他们无法抵达波德戈里察机场，但大约 15 分钟后，他们回复说这是个错误，车会到的。 2) 到达波德戈里察后，一名工作人员来接我们，并陪同我们上了一辆五座欧宝 Insignia 轿车（我们有六个人，每人一个行李箱和背包）。我们耽误了将近 30 分钟，因为这位工作人员试图说服我们，说我们可以带着六个人坐进车里，如果我们坐进车里，即使我们愿意，他的老板也会对我们罚款，因为我们带着行李坐不进去。最后，当我提出取消合同并要求退还约 30 欧元的押金时，他出了个主意，给了我们第二辆车，于是我们最终得到了一辆欧宝 Insignia 和一辆雪铁龙 C3。第二天，我们花了几个小时等待这两辆车被换成约定的大众途安。 车况总体良好，只是每隔 15 分钟就会出现一次因机油压力过低而熄火的警告。 但总的来说，考虑到价格，以及在我们多次要求后，车主最终提供了第二辆车去酒店的替代方案，这辆车还是不错的。

We rented a car. Everything was fine, the car did not fail. Upon arrival, we were greeted as agreed, with a sign. I didn't have to wait. They also left the car without any problems. Solid 4.5. Not an A just because the car was not washed upon receipt. The rest of the car is completely satisfied !!!

Everything went very well and smooth, the car we originally booked wasn’t available, but we got the same type/higher class car, so I wouldn’t complain about that. We were also contacted beforehand to check with us if we’d agree on the type of the car. Whole process was easy, we met the driver at the airport, were handed the car, signed the paperwork and were instructed about everything. We were really happy and if we’re ever going somewhere where Local Hires operate, we will happily choose this service again.

Pick up from airport and drop off was smooth and swift. Personnel was there on time waiting. Car was in good condition and was clean. No issues with payment. Sometimes you come across even with konwn companies trying to keep the deposit with nonsense excuses; but nothing like that happened deposit was return fully with no issues. I strongly recommend. They will be my first choice on my next visit to Montenegro.

Everything was fine and up on time. Car was nice and clean. I am satisfied and I would rate whole car rental process at 5/5.

Car was pretty good. It had enough power uphills and it was nice to break engine on downhills. We got clean and washed car according to standards. it had some scraches but it is normal for few years cars. Rental service was nice and fast.
