Everything went perfectly. Drago is a punctual, pleasant young man. Met us at the airport upon arrival, the car was waiting in the parking lot. The car is compact, nimble, maneuverable, with low gas mileage. We drove it from Podgorica to Saranda along the coast, passed dozens of serpentines and back, he never failed. We are very satisfied with the service and the car! Just one small minus, there is no USB charging in the cabin, advise drivers to buy auto-charging for a cigarette lighter in advance, so that you don’t suddenly have a navigator. Hi, I've rent Renault Scenic in june '23. Everything was perfect! Car i good condition, not too big, not too young for narrow and winding MNE roads. Pick up and return car was very easy and fast. AC working perfect. According to negative reviews of this car and advices employee of car rental, who told us, we'll wait for deposit paid by credit card about 30 days for return, we paid deposit in cash. Return deposit was while return car, and everything was OK. I highly recommend this car rental! Best regards!

Host wasn't very friendly from the beginning. It was very hard to arrange giving the car back. Car was gives with empty tank Back tires were very worn, hopefully not much rain during the stay. It was advertised that there would be a cool box to keep food fresh but not present. And more importantly the car was defective and didn't in my way to the airport at 5 am the last day so I had to run get a taxi with all of my stuff at my cost of course

8/10. Before issuance, they changed the type due to a breakdown: from Peugeot to VW eos, then to Renault 5, the body and the price are the same. There are no issues with the car, everything is fine. A little blunt box, but the corresponding mileage. Delivered a little later, but that day there was a hurricane, terrible traffic jams. There were difficulties with the delivery, someone’s sister, with whom we had not communicated before, was picking up, we could not immediately confirm that it was her (you can’t just give the keys to a stranger). Upon delivery, the car was not checked at all, we left everything in the best possible condition, even with extra fuel, but this may be important for you.

Automatic car offered as they didn't have a manual working air-conditioning. We felt safer operating the manual but didn't have air conditioning. They arranged to replace our car the following day but it happened two days later. USB ports and phone holders would have been useful in all vehicles. Staff were friendly and the price was competitive.
