We had to pay for the car in cash, which we were not informed about. And getting cash from ATM cost us additional 10%. One of the wheels was poorly balanced. It was impossible to go faster than 105 km / h due to vibrations. In general, we were satisfied with the trip, but I can’t rate it 5 out of 5 :(

When issuing a car, they asked for cash payment. With the reservation stipulated on the website of 400 euros, as a result the reserve amounted to 600 ... About half an hour reservation was made. The car was very decent. Clean, responsive, stable on the road. But the passenger airbag was turned off, this moment was a little annoying. On the third day, I had to add coolant to the radiator, the indicator light came on. The navigator pleased! In the whole car were satisfied! But when handing over the car at the Karlovy Vary airport, I had to wait for the agent almost at the close of the registration for the flight. A man was driving from Prague, got into a traffic jam.

It was bad in a sense that the guy who brought me the car during the pick-up time deceived me and convinced me to buy their comany full insurance, despise I bought full protection from your website and I told him so but he mentioned that I won't be covered😔😔 Moreover, the authorization amount took 45 days till credited back to my credit card 😔😔

From a technical point of view, everything went well - the car did not disappoint. But I booked a black Skoda with no mileage restrictions - and they gave me a gray one with a limit. If I had not met it, I would have had to pay extra ... The situation is unpleasant.
